Here are a couple of pix from the wedding show this past weekend at the NC State Fairgrounds. Thank you to all who visited. FYI we will be at 3 more shows here in the 1st quarter. Washington Duke on Jan. 10 & 11. the 10 is for brides and the 11th is for event planners. We are at the Carolina Inn Jan. 31 and at the Umstead in March.

One of our favorite place to photograph weddings is at the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC. Their grounds are beautiful and staff us great. Oh, the food is also excellent. If you are looking for a upscale place to have your wedding, reception and after party, Umstead is second to none.
Our personal recommendations include the lobster bisque at Herons (restaurant) and a least an hour spent in the spa. Great food and a massage are good for the soul.

Our Table at the Carolina Inn Bridal / Wedding Show 2009
As usual…. we had a great and productive time at the Carolina Inn Bridal and Wedding Show. It was fun to see old clients and meet new ones. It was also cool to see what the other vendors were doing during the wedding off-season. Hats off to the Inn for being beautiful as always.
We have tickets to the Carolina Inn Bridal Fair, Jan 25, 2009 from 1-4pm. (they are $10 at the door.) WE will give them away for free… if you call, schedule a time to come by the studio for a quick peek of some of our work and pick up the tickets in person.
As usual… we had a lot of fun at a wedding showcase. That would be The Once in a Lifetime Wedding Workshop & Design Boutique at the the Washinton Duke Inn and Golf. They always host great events and we really like getting a chance to spend time with othe other vendors (our friends) and meet new clients. It was Great show & Great Brides.
One of the Coolest things at the show was a Cake by Sweet Memories Bakery. They make some of the best cakes.
