Short story: We are in process of moving our business. We have left our Studio on 9th St. here in Durham as of Nov. 30, 2013 and we will be moving into our new office December 7 & 8, 2013. Please be patient as we try to sort out from our move.

Longer Story: After 11 great years on 9th street, we have decided to move our Photography business. This Huge decision is the result of many things. Many things on the business and personal side have evolved and this is the perfect time and we have awesome opportunity to make this move and accomplish many things on many fronts. We are moving (personally and professionally) into a new house that has an office and we are drawing the plans to build a new studio. This new studio will give us all the things we have always wanted in a studio. It will also help us save $$$ over the commercial space we used on 9th St. On the personal side, our kids are older, bigger and a little more space seemed like a good idea and the new locations is a lot closer to their school. The new combined house and studio should save lots of $$$ & about 40 hrs./ year in driving the kids to and from school & another 30 hrs/year of commuting to work! I”m excited to spend 2 work weeks/year not in the car.
We are looking forward to this new phase in the business and we look forward to having many of you to our new digs once we get settled.
The Services offered will continue as before, small product, corporate events, photo booths, flip books bridal, engagements, wedding and family portraits. Packing for the move was fun. I found lots of interesting stuff I’ve photographed over the years. Photo microscopy, bullets and blood stains for forensic work, 18 months of oblique aerials of a large building project, astrophotography and even a (film) negative of star trails that I’ve been looking for since a friend of mine request a print she saw about 15 years ago.
Erin & Jodi will continue to cover the phones and assist around the studio.
Michelle will give her sage design & decor advice.
