Historic RenovationThe Ultimate in “Before and After”
Paraphrased conversation with a client between 2 big renovation projects.
Q. Are Pre-Renovations pictures really that useful or needed?
A. Oh my goodness YES. Because as soon as you complete your renovation the first thing people ask is “what did it look like before the renovations?”
Q. Did you take enough pictures on the first project?
A. No. That is why we are calling you. We spend so much time looking for Good / Old pictures to give to people for news & magazine articles and they are really hard to find. We want to create a library of great images so it makes it much easier to have before and after images.
Q. Any other reason besides marketing?
A. For sure. We want and our tenants want artwork for their offices and historic pre-renovation photos are great source material. It connects the past with the present. It illuminates the history and stories of the place.

360VR - Immersive Images & Tours
Paraphrased conversation with a property leasing manager
Q. Why are you considering / interested in the 360 Photographic Tour?
A. I so tired of doing walkthroughs of the property. Seems like 1/2 my life is spent doing walkthroughs and I’ve got other important things to do!
Q. So it is a time saver for you?
A. Yes, It helps with the Pre-Screening. It allows a potential client to see the concept and property and make decisions about it before they ever call. I can direct them to look there before scheduling a 1/2 hour or hour of my time. If they view it first and then call to do a walk thru… they are more likely to lease because they already know what they are getting into.
Q. Any other reasons?
A. Yes, it gives the non-local potential leaser to make a leasing decision without ever having to come to town. This is great for companies who are relocating to the area.
